1. About Us

a. The Antiques China website located at http://www.antiques-china.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by the Seller ("we," "us," or "our") that provides access to the Site.

b. The Buyer or Client (“you”) is the individual purchasing items from our site.

c. “Terms and Conditions of Sale” means these “Terms” as laid out here or as mentioned elsewhere or as published on the Site.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These Terms may be revised periodically. If we revise these Terms, we will post the revised version of the Terms on the Site. The revisions will be effective immediately and apply to all orders and as consequence, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. Furthermore, we may modify or change our Site at any given period to add or remove features. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for any updates or changes in goods and/or services we offer. You can contact us for any further inquiries with reference to the modifications or changes however we do not fully guarantee that we will abide by any special requests unless that both parties will benefit from such Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Policy, please do not use this Site.

3. Packing and Shipping

Unless otherwise stated explicitly, we will arrange all matters concerning the packing and managing the purchased item or good by a carrier and/or packer of our choosing, and that the item or good will be insured against damage or loss in an amount or price no less than what was agreed upon. You will accept the cost of all shipping, insurance, sales or use taxes, VAT, GST, TVA and any import-export taxes, duties or bills, and other applicable transactional taxes or fees. We will not be held accountable for any acts or omissions of carriers or packers or shippers. Packers and shippers may carry their own insurance, and any claim for loss or damage ought to be dealt with directly to them. If in any event, an unforeseeable incident may occur i.e. fire, theft, or any other reason outside our control that may hinder the process of delivery any of the purchased item or good from us, our immediate response or liability shall be only limited to an insurance of amount that we received, and shall in no case or event may consist any subsidiary or consequential damages. We pledge to pack item or good carefully and securely and to arrange for the shipper or carrier to pack the item or good properly. When we hand the item or good to the shipper for shipment to you, title of the item or good and risk of loss will be passed onto you. If the item or good is damaged in transit, you should contact the shipping or carrier agent and process a claim under the shipper's or carriers applicable insurance policy. We are obliged to insure or to arrange for insurance on your behalf for item or good for the duration of shipment or transit procedures and to provide reasonable assistance to help you resolve damage claims with the carrier/shipment company. Every shipment will have an attached authorized delivery receipt and may only be transported or delivered to an official address of the recipient. We highly recommend that you open the item/good in front of the agent of the shipment or carrier company, so we and the shipment/carrier company can take an immediate action in any event that the item/good at hand was not in good condition (i.e. chipped, broken, etc.).

4. Payment Method

We have three processes for payment. For your own safety and warranty, we prefer transfer of payment through:

(i) PayPal

(ii) Certified Check from a reputable/recognized bank

(iii) Wire transfer

WE WILL PROVIDE YOU OUR ACCOUNT DETAIL/NUMBER. Proceedings shall ensue i.e. packing, shipping and delivering once we receive the payment. In the case of check, we will wait for the bank’s clearance first before any transaction will transpire. As stated, our price posted on the Site are net of any charges, you are obligated to bear the cost of all shipping, insurance, PayPal fees, bank transfer fees if any, price sales or use taxes, VAT, GST, TVA and any import-export taxes, duties or bills, and other applicable transactional taxes or fees. Unless otherwise declared prices quoted in the Site are correct and any price found to be incorrect will be amended prior to or during a sales processing and in this incident you shall be advised for new instructions. All rates and prices shall be liable to alteration with or without notice and prices ruling at the time of dispatch will be invoiced consequently. All sales must be paid for in full prior to shipment. We will hold the good/item for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of inquiry. If the payment has not been collected or received we will deem the sale null and void.

5. Sale Agreement

Any made agreement shall only be subject to these Terms. Other supplementary or special terms may apply in addition in case you request and such will be contained in a separate Agreement or Contract.

6. Authenticity Warranty

Aside from the assurance that every piece on the Site is original and genuine, we will provide you a legitimate certificate from the National Museum in accordance with the UNESCO convention, Paris, France 1997 so as to thwart the illegal traffic of cultural property.
